As an associate, you will be eligible for the Profit Sharing/Pension plan – and the owner is willing to teach you how to grow that into a comfortable nest egg.

The practice also has an in-house therapy dog, Winston Furchill, who is trained to help relieve dental anxiety. Winston is very popular with staff and patients!

You’ll work in a freshly renovated office with all-new equipment. The technology-loving owner has invested in CBCT, 3D printing, CO2 laser/Periolase, in-house aligner therapy, and more. He keeps most work in-house, including implants, sleep therapy, and molar endo.

The owner explains, “New dentists with a willingness to learn will thrive here. I would love to show a young dentist how to do the procedures that have made me successful. You can have as much mentoring as you require. The technical part of the job can be mastered with time. More important is being able to speak with patients and staff so that they develop trust in your clinical skills as well as your leadership of the practice. You will NOT be expected to do all the low production work while I do all of the ‘cool’ procedures.”

The practice is mostly fee-for-service and also works with veterans through the VA. The staff’s patient-centric approach involves listening to patients and proposing treatments that fit their current life situation. The owner notes, “I tell patients, ‘I don’t need your money; we can do some, none, or all’ of the proposed treatment.”

The practice is located in a picturesque Vermont town close to skiing as well as many summer activities. This vibrant Green Mountain community is a great, quiet place to raise a family, but easily accessible off I-91. Drive just 45 minutes to Woodstock, Manchester (VT), and Brattleboro.
